Ticket Sales end at 7:30 PM, Drawing happens at 7:45 PM

If your ticket is drawn you have the chance to pick 1 card that is on the board, you will win a dollar amount predetermined before the Queen of Heart Raffle begins.

If the Queen of Hearts is not revealed, money brought in on the week will be rolled over at 80% to the next week, 10% to the next board and 10% to the legion.

•. Tickets are $1 each

•. The ticket machine accepts $1, $5, $10, $50 or $100 dollar bills.

•. Ticket sales are from 7:45 PM of the previous weeks drawing until 7:30 PM of the current weeks drawing, if you are in line at the time ticket sales close you will still be able to purchase tickets.

• The ticket machine does NOT give change, so the dollar amount that you put into the machine will equal the number of tickets that you receive.

• Once you receive your tickets from the machine, you are responsible for getting the tickets put into the raffle drum by 7:30 PM

• To use the ticket dispensing machine….put the money into the bill accepter and within a second the tickets will automatically dispense from the machine.

•. Tickets do NOT need to have your name/phone number/number from board, if you are going to be present for the drawing.

• If you want to put your name/phone number/and what number you want picked from the board on each ticket and still be present you are welcome to do that, but the number wrote on the ticket is the number that will be picked from the board.

• Tickets will need to have your name/phone number and what number you want picked from the board if you are not going to be present for the drawing.

•. When you tear the tickets apart the player will keep the portion of the ticket that says KEEP THIS COUPON, the other tickets will need to be tore apart (at the perforation) and each ticket will need to be put into the tumbler. All tickets going into the tumbler should be tore apart so that it is only a single ticket and MUST be in the tumbler by 7:30 PM.

• If you buy tickets throughout the week, the tumbler will be available at all times to put your tickets in, the player is responsible for keeping their KEEP THIS COUPON portion and making sure you have it for the Wednesday drawing (if you are planning on being there).

• The Darlington American Legion Post 302 is not responsible for lost or misplaced tickets from a player.

•. Darlington American Legion Post 302 has the authority to adjust/change rules as deemed necessary during Queen of Heart board raffles.

• Darlington American Legion Post 302 reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
