Gaming Rules

Rules Pertaining to All Games:

Winnings in excess of $600 (Does not include 50/50 raffle) will be paid by a check from the Post 302   Gaming Account. Persons 18 years old and older are eligible to participate in any charity gaming,  game rules except in the event that operators and works have noted differently in particular 

Rules Pertaining to the Daily Drawing:

The daily drawing is a "sign in" raffle open to current members of American Legion Post 302 family.  You enter the raffle by paying $.50 to sign the book behind the bar.   The winning members number is drawn at the open of business by the bartender  and a witness.  If your member number is drawn and you had signed the book  the previous day, you are the winner, if you did not sign the book the previous day all money rolls over to the next day.  Results from each days drawing will be posted on the board for all members to see.

Rules Pertaining to the Weekly Drawing:

The weekly drawing is a "sign the book" drawing that is open to current members of American Legion Post 302 family.  You enter the drawing by paying $1.00 and signing  your name to the book.  Each Friday at 7:00 PM the bartender will draw out the number  of a member, if that person has signed the book for the week they win 80% of the weekly pot, If the members number is drawn and not present they win 50% of pot, if the members number drawn did not sign the book, the money will rollover to the next week.

Rules Pertaining to the Monthly Drawing:

The monthly drawing is a "sign the book" drawing that is open to current members of American Legion Post 302 family.  You enter the drawing by paying $2.00 and signing your name to the book. Last Friday of month at 7:00 PM the bartender will draw out the number  of a member, if that person has signed the book for the month they win 80% of the monthly pot, If the members number is drawn and not present they win 50% of pot, if the members number drawn did not sign the book, the money will rollover to the next month.

Rules Pertaining to Pull-Tab Games sold from the dispensing machine:

Pull Tabs are sold from the machine during regular buisness hours only.  Winning tickets should be presented to the bartender for payout immediately.  If winnings are not claimed before the game is closed, the winnings are forfeited.

Rules Pertaining to Pull-Tab games sold during special events:

Pull Tabs at special events are sold by operators or works.  Winning tickets should presented to the operator or worker for payout when they are announced.  If winnings are not claimed within a few calls for the winner, then the winnings are forfeited.

Rules Pertaining to Pull-Tab games sold from the bar:

This applies to any game that has a seal prize, when all tabs/tickets have been sold on a  game, the seal will be removed and the winning number/symbol will be announced. If the board has any blank lines due to a winning ticket not being turned in or signed and that spot is the winner, then all winnings are forfeited.
